Maybe my sence of entitlement isn't so exaggerated!

I don't know if I can put the feeling that I have right now into words, but here goes... I had such a feeling of pride and admiration last night as Barack and his family stepped on stage.
They where just how I like my diamonds, FLAWLESS!!! I don't know who told them to rock the red and black but it Worked! Barack was calm and aware of the task ahead of him. The feeling in Harlem last night can not be explained. For about 2 hours people where honking horns and smiling from ear to ear. Please lets try to better ourselves NO EXCUSES!

Enough

Sometimes you reach a point, after continually going through a situation with someone, where you are past caring. Finding yourself in a situation that can be very hard to get out of and placing yourself past sorrow. If you can not free yourself within your own space; then you must somehow find a way to free yourself mentally, and pray that forces will work to help you. Never put yourself in a situation that is hard to get out of! You can accomplish this for most of your life, but let your guard down for what you think could be love. There are people out there with very calculative motives, and if you look hard enough in the beginning and don't ignore the signs you will see it... Never let someone show their affection in any other way than the appropriate ways that adults should show affection towards each other. I mean never let gifts or time equate to what a man really should show you (affection, love, respect).

WTF (part 2)

I can't!!! This is soooo sad. How could you harm that little bundle of cuteness. Whoever did this is a selfish bastard looking for some of Jennifer's money. I got this to say:
Damit if you didn't make it you have no right to it, and your anger shouldn't propel you to hurt those who won't help you to get it. There are some real hood retards out there. It doesn't matter how you where brought up but have some self dignity. There is a real price to pay for killing someone and that price goes up the more people you kill and if you intentionally kill that person when it isn't in self defence of getting killed yourself, so to the person committing these heinous crimes against this family. Go kill yourself!

So its a rainy Tuesday morning and I am catching up on some work and the elivator door opens and it is one of my boss's friends and when my boss comes out the dude says "What up brotha" in his best 70's Marvin Gaye

voice (insert eye rolls). Did I mention that neither my boss or his friend are "BROTHA'S". Lord take the wheel! Moving right a long my wood floors are looking quite imaculate so far. Thanks babes ;) Its 2 weeks but who is counting :P

I am at work and the clients are biting! Lord take the wheel.... I am so tired and could care less about anything work related right now. I was leaving work yesterday and saw some dudes with cameras and the wanted to take pictures of Moi, so of course I obliged. Pose for the camera now flick flick. Good Movie!

I don't know what i am even gonna blog about. Today was all over the place. Had an awsome steak lunch (not that I need it). I saw Body of Lies last night and that shit was REAL...

I don't know what it is about Leonardo DiCaprio . It is like he isn't but he is sexy, and those dark contact they put on him kind of upped the anti!!!

This movie dipected Muslims as misterious and dangerous (as many terrorist movies do), but also showed that also American's, who appear to be on the up and up and trustworthy, will look at you sideways and even leave you in the dust if you don't blindly follow the mass U.S.A agenda. WOW, that was really political. You aren't going to get a whole lot of that out of me! Funny how Hollywood can do that to you sometimes.

6:44 Train

I slept in Montauk last night and woke up this morning and heard strange noises. I think that the place I was staying at was haunted, so I planned to take the 6:44 train but it was dark as hell outside and there are no lights! I called a cab and almost missed the train but boy was I happy to be on my way back to the land of the free and home of the brave, otherwise know as Harlem ;). It was good to see my college friends and my girl T, who is getting married Nov 8th. I am at my mom's place getting some grub then it is back home. Let you know how the floor is coming along.

Same day.. Same story

So I get home and start helping the boy work on the floor. I have to admit it was kind of fun... Like a grown up puzzle right on the living room floor. I had gotten my nails done earlier in the day, hair was lookin right, and you know what this dude notices??? A f@$ little ass pimple on my (ahem, ahem) face. I was like are you serious. That ish made me sooooooooooooooooooo mad. Well... still not talking to him. Im in my room packing for my LI trip tomorrow (ADVENTURE TIME!). What the hell am I going to do on a train for 3 hours? I know... so optimistic. Going to chow down on some healthy Harlem Chinese food from our friendly neighborhood

Weekend of fun!

This isn't my first blog but I am going to stick to this one (Gosh Darnit!!!).
It is 4:39 and I am sitting in my Manhattan office contemplaiting weither or not I am going to go to my old college roommate's batchelorette party. This would usually be something that I wouldn't have to think about except for the fact that it is in MONTAUK Long Island!
Not to mentions it is cold as a (insert Expletive) out there, and total travel time for this Harlemite is around 7 hours TOTAL!!!
Anyhoo, as my mother said " Where is your sense of adventure (in a Hatian accent)", so Montauk here a sista comes!







Well at least I can look forward to going home to my fiance and having a peaceful night ( insert rolling eyes) Ever since I moved in with him he has turned into Bob Villa-negro! I think it is a ploy not to have to do other things. So his latest project is attempting to lay down a wood floor (Got to admire his interest in doing things he has never done before

. So I may have a shinny new floor by next month :)
